BREEDING PROGRAM

A personal opinion of mine I’m sure, but my favorite breed is the Yorkshire Terrier by far! I have four yorkies apart of our family and they’re all such a blessing with such different personalities! Down below you will see the two pups of mine that are apart of my program! They currently live in guardian homes and are lovely babies. I’m hoping to have a pups ready to go home in May/June of 2026 and another litter in September/October of 2026.

Benefits of owning a Yorkie..

  • Hypoallergenic : great for those with allergies and those who don’t want dogs that shed all in the home and on clothes

  • So cute : They’re such an adorable puppy size! Great for traveling, a lap dog and just simply adorable

  • Personalities : You can have one that is more reserved, a very active player, or a cuddle master! They’re all so different and have such big personalities for such little dogs!

  • Compact size: Ideal for apartments and small living spaces

  • Loyal companion: Forms a strong bond with owners and loves staying close

  • Low exercise needs: Short walks and indoor play are usually enough

MY DOGS IN MY PROGRAM BELOW

TEDDY - AKC registered

Meet Teddy! He’s our SIRE. He has a straight grey/silver and tan coat that shines beautifully. He has undergone health testing and will continue to do so. Teddy is a home pet that we love dearly! He’s adventurous, curious and very playful. You will always find him with a toy in his mouth urging you to play fetch or tug of war with him. Great personality! Kids adore him and his cute face has everyone complimenting him! He’s my only male and he has fathered many great home pets through my program. So cool seeing pieces of him in a lot of the puppies now I still keep in contact with. You’re going to love his babies.

WINNIE -AKC Future Ma

Meet Winnie! Or what I like to call her, Winifred! She will be a future mama for our program in 2026 most likely. She is starting out our guardian home program and enjoying life with her new family! She is going to have a beautiful, full coat. She is a black and tan yorkie. Her color will change just as yorkies do to a little more grey in her coat. She’s going to be a beauty probably settling around that 8 lb mark. She’s an angel and loves a good game of fetch!

Rosie - AKC Registered

Meet Dolly! She is a beauty in looks and temperament. She is so lovely, I can’t explain this enough to you. She has a beautiful silky coat, beautiful hair, big eyes, and a great stature. She is seriously gorgeous! She will be having one litter hopefully in 2026. She is right at that 6.5 lb mark. Very excited to see the puppies that her and my sire create. LOVE her!

Feedback from our customers

  • Bringing Missy home has been one of the most delightful experiences of my life. Watching her explore her new surroundings, playfully pounce on her toys and brother, and snuggle up for naps has been heartwarming. Working with Stacy was a fantastic experience. The care and attention to detail in ensuring that Missy was ready for her new home were evident every step of the way. The support and guidance provided made the transition smooth, and I felt confident knowing I had someone to reach out to with any questions. Thank you for bringing Missy into my life she is already a beloved member of our family!

  • Stacy of MoonDream Yorkies has been professional and personable since i first inquired about the availability of upcoming litters. As a seasoned breeder, she helped me understand the process and put me on the next litter's list. Stacy has kept me informed every step of this journey, sending messages, pictures, and vid clips. I cannot thank her enough for her time, her patience, and the gift she has helped me receive. I highly recommend Stacy of MoonDream Yorkies. Anyone in search of a Yorkie as a new companion most definitely needs to visit her profile, discover her in-home breeding process and consider the puppies her beautiful sires and dams produce. A1 all the way!!!

  • Stacy was easy to communicate with and so helpful in preparing us for our puppy, Lucy. She gave us so many things to help with the transition as well. She also helped our puppy start to be house-trained, and by the time we got home, she already knew how to use the bathroom outside. I cannot recommend her and her puppies enough.

  • I am so grateful that I found Good Dog! They made my puppy search incredibly easy—from browsing available puppies to navigating the purchase process and connecting with reputable breeders. The moment I saw River-Rose and connected with Stacy, I knew she was the perfect fit. We couldn’t be happier. We are absolutely in love with our new puppy. She’s smart, affectionate, and has received an excellent check-up at the vet. Thank you so much, Stacy!
  • Really great experience overall. After losing our 16 year old Westie, Daisy, earlier in the year, we were hesitant to bring another puppy into our home. However, we fell in love with one of the Yorkie puppies Stacy had listed on MoonDream Yorkies. Stacy made the entire process painless, providing information, answers to questions, updates, and pictures throughout the 7 weeks between us placing the deposit and being able to bring our puppy home. She gave us great information during the transaction and gave us a very nice bag of gifts to bring home with us. We can't wait to watch Bailey grow and give her a great life, and that wouldn't have been possible without Stacy's help. Thank you!
  • Stacy was wonderful to work with! She kept us updated throughout the process. Stacy had the cutest gift bag full of stuff for our new girl to get us started. We are so in love with our Lily and our vet was so impressed with her health. ❤️
  • My wife, daughter and I had a good experience. We are very happy with our puppy. Stacy worked to meet our schedule for pick up and answered any questions we had

  • Teri is awesome. It was a great experience from start to finish. She was very responsive to my messages, answering all my questions and keeping me up to date with photos/videos. Milo is the sweetest pup. He has such a good temperament. I could tell from the start that he was coming from a loving home.

Once puppies are born into the world, we begin ENS (early neurological stimulation) and ESI (early scent introduction) at 3 days old. This is performed on days 3-16, including gentle handling and daily weights. ENS is known to improve cardiovascular performance, stronger heartbeats, stronger adrenal glands, more tolerance to stress, and greater resistance to disease. ESI improves nose awareness and confidence.

All Yorkies I breed are American Kennel Club (AKC) Registered. My mom and dad yorkie are both registered with AKC.

We do not breed for the so-called Tea-cups. We breed to the American Kennel Club standard which is 4-7 lbs.
